The shower scene in Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho (1960) is one of cinema’s most quoted scenes of violence. Here it is interest rates that are being slashed by the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA). In February the RBA cut the cash rate by 25 basis points, marking the first interest rate cut in over four years.
