Johannes Leak
Earlier in the year, and early in the campaign, many political pundits predicted that Labor would struggle to get re-elected, and if they did the party would probably have to form a minority government. Opposition Leader Peter Dutton called Prime Minister Anthony Albanese a ‘weak leader’. Johannes Leak’s cartoon, published around the time of the first leaders’ debate, paints the PM as a leader with few original policy ideas or strategies.
