Joshkeeper

A street corner with a billboard of Josh Frydenberg says, 'I could be PM! You fools, you maniacs! Keep Josh.' Underneath, various signs point to change.

David Pope’s Joshkeeper is not only aesthetically beautiful, but also packed with layers of insight and jokes. His wild-eyed depiction of the then treasurer gives an air of desperation to the billboards mounted around Kooyong imploring voters to ‘Keep Josh’. Meanwhile, Pope deftly suggests that all the signs point to a change. 

The Museum of Australian Democracy acknowledges Australia's First Nations peoples as the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia.
