Johannes Leak
Borrowing its setting and colour palette from Road Runner cartoons, Johannes Leak’s drawing highlights the politicisation of the pandemic response. At the start of July the Prime Minister, with the in-principle support of the National Cabinet, announced a four-phase roadmap out of COVID restrictions. Leak suggests the Labor premiers McGowan, Andrews and Palaszczuk would not make this a smooth ride.
