Flattened

Scott Morrison spills a basket of groceries while tackling a kid wearing a bib with 'Wages' on it. The Minister for Employment is the referee, he holds up a yellow card and says, 'Save it for your tribunal hearing, kid!'

When Scott Morrison accidentally tackled a young soccer player just days out from the federal election, he scored an own goal as far as cartoonists were concerned. Among the many works to riff on the event was David Pope’s response, in which he recast the youngster as wages growth and Stuart Robert, Minister for Employment, Workforce, Skills and Small and Family Business, as an unsympathetic referee.
